Flamingo Raises $4.5M Seed Round · Led by Vertex Ventures, bringing total funding to $6.7M to build the open, AI-native layer for IT and security.
Updated October 2026. Prices below come from vendor pages and third-party data, checked October 22, 2026.
ConnectWise sells a platform made of separate products, and each one has its own price. Only one of those products shows its price on the website. This guide covers ConnectWise pricing for every product, the terms that move a quote and how to estimate a full stack before a sales call.
ConnectWise runs one pricing page for the whole portfolio. It splits products into two groups. ScreenConnect gets a "View Pricing" link. ConnectWise RMM gets "Request Pricing" and ConnectWise PSA gets "Compare Packages".
Everything else, from backup and disaster recovery to managed detection and response, gets "Request a Quote".
The page says it plainly: fill out the form, and ConnectWise puts together a quote to fit your needs. So for most of the stack there is no list price to compare. There is a package, a sales call and a number that depends on your size and what you bundle.
Each product also counts in its own unit. PSA counts people. RMM counts endpoints. ScreenConnect counts concurrent technicians.
That's why two MSPs with the same headcount can get very different totals. Our ConnectWise review covers what each product does; this guide stays on the money.
ConnectWise sells two RMM products, and they are priced separately. The Automate product page answers this in its own FAQ: Automate and ConnectWise RMM are separate tools. Automate allows deeper manual customization and includes an on-premises option. ConnectWise RMM is the cloud product with more prebuilt alerts and scripts and optional expert services.
Neither one has a public price. Both pages route you to "Get Pricing".
The ConnectWise RMM package page does list what one package includes:
The page then lists four add-ons on top of the package: ScreenConnect Remote Support for attended sessions, deeper Network Monitoring and Management, the ConnectWise NOC and the ConnectWise Help Desk. Each one is a separate line on the quote.
For a number, third-party contract data is the only source. Vendr's ConnectWise page reports $1.50 to $3.50 per agent a month at 100 to 500 endpoints, and below $1.50 for fleets of 1,000-plus endpoints (last updated February 2026). Vendr files that band under "ConnectWise RMM (Automate)" and calls the product "ConnectWise RMM (formerly Automate)", while ConnectWise says they are separate tools. Treat the band as a rough guide for either RMM.
Buyers who compare quotes report a wide spread. In an r/msp thread from April 2025, an MSP leaning toward NinjaOne said ConnectWise RMM came in substantially cheaper and asked whether that was normal. The replies mix price notes with product opinions.
The original poster later chose NinjaOne. Price was one input; product fit was another. For the side-by-side on features, read our NinjaOne vs ConnectWise breakdown.
ConnectWise Manage is now ConnectWise PSA. It comes in two packages, and neither shows a price.
| Package | Who ConnectWise pitches it to | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Service operations teams | Ticketing and SLA management, projects and resources, time and expense tracking, customer management, reporting |
| Pro | Growing teams | Everything in Essentials, plus quotes and proposals, sales and opportunity workflows, procurement, billing and accounting integrations |
The split matters for cost. If you bill clients from the PSA, run procurement through it or sync invoices to an accounting package, you need Pro. Essentials covers the service desk side only.
PSA is priced per user. Vendr's transaction data puts buyers with 10 to 25 full users at $95 to $145 per user per month on annual contracts. Deployments of 50-plus users reach $75 to $110 through volume and multi-year terms (Vendr, last updated February 2026). Vendr's data covers buyers in general, not only MSPs.
Other estimates run much lower. Rallied's February 2026 guide, citing TrustRadius, puts PSA at about $35 to $65 per user a month. A spread that wide is a reason to treat any single number as a starting point for the sales call, not a quote.
Our ConnectWise PSA review covers the product itself.
ScreenConnect is the exception. Its Remote Support plans are on the page, with annual and monthly billing, and unattended access has its own price page:
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Sessions and agents |
|---|---|---|---|
| One | $30 a month | Annual only | 1 session, 10 agents, single license |
| Standard | $47 a month | $62 a month | 3 sessions per tech, unlimited agents |
| Premium | $57 a month | $72 a month | 10 sessions per tech, unlimited agents |
| Enterprise | Quote | Quote | Multi-year, PAM |
| Remote Access (unattended) | $35 a month at the 25-agent minimum | Not listed | Agents only, sales above 1,000 |
Prices from ScreenConnect's pricing page and its Remote Access page, October 22, 2026, in USD. Standard and Premium are priced per concurrent technician.

The license counts concurrent technicians, not named users or devices. Three technicians who never connect at the same time can share fewer seats than three named logins.
Unattended-only access has its own published price. ScreenConnect Remote Access shows $35 a month on annual billing at the 25-agent minimum, and fleets above 1,000 agents go to sales (October 22, 2026).
For features and setup, see our ScreenConnect review.
The rest of the portfolio follows the same pattern: a product page, a feature list and a quote form.
ConnectWise CPQ (configure, price, quote; formerly ConnectWise Sell) builds quotes and proposals. It pulls pricing from distributors and your own catalogs, and it connects to ConnectWise PSA. It sits on the pricing page under "Request a Quote". If you already run PSA Pro, check whether its built-in quotes and proposals cover your sales process before you add CPQ as a second line.
Backup and data protection covers x360Recover, x360Cloud and M365 Cloud Backup. All of them are quote only. Backup pricing usually depends on protected devices, data volume and retention, so bring those three numbers to the call.
Security covers SIEM, Managed EDR, M365 SaaS Security and Email Security. Managed detection and response sits under "Request a Quote" on the pricing page. Security lines are likely one reason third-party price ranges spread so far.
When you compare a ConnectWise bundle with another vendor, split the security and backup lines out first. A platform quote with managed EDR inside it and one without it are not the same purchase.

With most products quote only, contract data fills the gap. Vendr publishes a ConnectWise page built from anonymized purchases. It shows a median buyer price of $21,630 a year, with a low end of $6,066 and a high end of $167,281. Vendr labels the same figure as both the median and the average contract value.
Product mix is the likely driver of that spread: a PSA-plus-ScreenConnect deal would sit lower than one that adds RMM, CPQ and security products. The median tells you where a typical deal lands, not where yours will.

One caution on the Vendr page: it describes ConnectWise RMM as "formerly Automate". ConnectWise's own Automate page says the two are separate tools. Ask which RMM a quote covers before you compare it.
Vendr's page also sets ConnectWise next to three PSA vendors it names as direct competitors.
| Vendor | PSA list price per user a month | Negotiated, 50-plus users | RMM per agent a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| ConnectWise | $95 to $145 | $75 to $110 | $1.50 to $3.50 |
| Autotask (Datto) | $100 to $160 | $80 to $120 | $1.75 to $4.00 |
| Kaseya (BMS) | $85 to $130 | $70 to $100 | $1.25 to $3.00 |
| HaloPSA | $40 to $80 | $35 to $65 | Not in Vendr's table |
Vendr estimates, last updated February 2026. Quotes vary by seat count and term.
Price is only half of a ConnectWise quote. The other half is the paper. Four terms can move the total as much as the per-unit rate:
Contract length. ScreenConnect shows the gap on its own page: Standard is $47 a month on annual billing and $62 month to month. ScreenConnect Enterprise lists multi-year options, and Vendr reports that 3-year terms often come in 10% to 20% lower a year than 1-year contracts.
Mid-term changes. ConnectWise's Master Agreement (revised July 1, 2026, section 14.2) says licensed quantities cannot be decreased during a term, and fees are due on anything you add. Vendr notes that mid-term additions are often priced at list rates rather than negotiated rates. Ask for the per-unit price of additions in writing.
Renewal. The same section says subscriptions renew automatically for the shorter of the expiring term or one year. You need to give written notice at least 60 days before the term ends. It also states that per-unit pricing during a renewal term will increase, and that a renewal at lower volume is re-priced without regard to the prior rate.
Bundles. A bundle discount on PSA plus RMM is only a discount if you would have bought both anyway.
Our ConnectWise review has a longer list of contract terms to check before you sign or renew.
ConnectWise offers trials before you buy. The pricing page ends with "Start a Free Trial Today" and a link to its trials page, which offers a 7-day Automate trial. The ConnectWise RMM trial runs 30 days with no credit card required (October 2026). ScreenConnect has a free trial button on its own site, but the pages we could read do not state a length, so ask when you sign up.
Use the trial to time your own admin work. Set up one client's policies, patching and alerts, and note the hours. That number is the closest you will get to the admin cost line before you sign.
The license line is the part of the bill you can see in the quote. Four other lines tend to arrive later.
Onboarding. Implementation, data migration and training are quoted separately from the subscription. On a PSA move, that work covers boards, agreements, billing setup and integrations. Vendr reports $10,000 to $30,000 in professional services at initial deployment for buyers with 10 to 50 users (last updated February 2026).
Add-ons. Expert services, the NOC, the help desk, deeper network monitoring and attended remote support are each priced on top of the core package.
Integrations. Native integrations cover the ConnectWise stack and common tools. Custom integrations and API work can carry their own setup cost, which Vendr puts at $2,000 to $10,000 depending on complexity.
Admin time. Every RMM needs someone to run its policies and alerts. That cost never shows up on the quote, and it varies by product.
Admin time comes up in the same kind of thread. In an r/msp thread from January 2025, an MSP comparing ConnectWise and NinjaOne found NinjaOne's quote much higher. One reply describes moving from ConnectWise Automate to NinjaOne and going from three full-time admins to one part-time admin on the RMM. That's one shop's experience, not a benchmark, but it shows why the license price alone can mislead.
The same thread has the opposite story too. A reply describes paying about 52 cents an agent on ConnectWise for years, then facing roughly four times that per agent on the new platform before negotiating a deal. Cheap and expensive both depend on what you compare against.
You can build a working budget before the first sales call. Price each product in its own unit, then add the lines a quote leaves out.
Take a 10-technician MSP managing 400 endpoints, with three technicians on remote support at the same time:
| Line | Unit | Rate used | Annual estimate |
|---|---|---|---|
| ConnectWise PSA | 10 users | $95 to $145 per user a month (Vendr) | $11,400 to $17,400 |
| ConnectWise RMM | 400 endpoints | $1.50 to $3.50 per agent a month (Vendr) | $7,200 to $16,800 |
| ScreenConnect Standard | 3 concurrent techs | $47 a month, billed annually (published) | $1,692 |
| Subtotal | $20,292 to $35,892 | ||
| Onboarding, add-ons, integrations | One-time and recurring | Quoted separately | Add on top |
Illustrative estimate built from published and third-party figures, not a ConnectWise quote. Prices change, so confirm current rates with each vendor.
The low end sits close to Vendr's $21,630 median. That's a useful sanity check, not proof. For a larger shop, Vendr's own figure for 25-user PSA plus RMM deals is $40,000 to $65,000 a year. If your quote lands far outside the range, ask which line drives the gap.
Two things change this math fast. The first is which RMM you run: Automate and ConnectWise RMM are quoted separately.
The second is the pricing model you charge clients. If you bill per device, a per-endpoint RMM cost scales with revenue. If you bill per user, it doesn't. Our guide to MSP pricing models covers that side.
For a published price to compare against, OpenFrame, an open, AI-native infrastructure layer for IT and security, lists $1 per device a month with 10M AI tokens included on Flamingo's pricing page. It covers device inventory and scripts across a client's devices with the Fae and Mingo agents inline, but not backup or EDR, so compare it line by line. Flamingo builds OpenFrame, which competes with some of the tools covered here. You can test it on a 14-day free trial. Here's the walkthrough:
ConnectWise's model suits MSPs that want one vendor for PSA, RMM and remote access, and that have the size to negotiate a bundle. Quote-based pricing rewards buyers who come in with seat counts, endpoint counts and a competing number.
It also suits teams already deep in the ConnectWise stack. Moving PSA data, agreements and billing is expensive, and that switching cost belongs in the comparison alongside the license price.
It's a harder fit for small shops that want a price they can read before a call. For them, ScreenConnect is the one ConnectWise product they can price on day one, and the rest of the stack is worth comparing against platforms that publish their rates. Whichever way you lean, price the stack by unit, add the lines the quote leaves out, and compare totals, not rates.
