Shipped a full batch of AI-enhanced marketing videos this month, turning raw, low-quality footage into polished, on-brand content. Used real customer stories and AI tools like Siddens and Highsfield to transform webcam recordings and rough client calls into launch videos, ad spots, onboarding content, and more β€” all while keeping real faces, voices, and authentic moments intact.

What I Shipped
7

  • Open Frame launch video

Finished final edits and a few extra generated shots; delivered September 2nd.

  • Paid social ad scripts and videos

Scripts grounded in real transcripts and stories from Konrad and Vlad, including a real MCP driver-fix case. Visuals generated in Highsfield with added effects, subtitles, and authentic (non-commercial-sounding) music, reformatted per platform per Roman's request.

  • Reimagined Conrad video for the website homepage

Used Siddens to transplant Konrad from a simple webcam recording into a generated dark IT-ops set with brand colors and a neon flamingo sign, removing the mic and changing his clothes while keeping his real face, gestures, and lip sync.

  • Onboarding video for the website homepage

Replaced a static shot with Konrad walking through a virtual office populated with teammates in the background; real voice audio adjusted to match the regenerated video.

  • Client reactions compilation

Compiled the best moments from client calls and regenerated the poor-quality originals with AI to preserve the same people, words, and reactions in high quality, including redrawn Open Frame screens.

  • Mingo/Fei dance clip

A quick, fun clip showing off brand character in a friendly way.

  • Webinar video

Delivered the webinar video. The hardest parts were making the Mingo and Fae screen interactions look realistic, with help from Romeo, and showing OpenFrame on a phone so it looks like a real app, not a render.

Why It Mattered
3

  • Raw footage didn't match brand polish

Webcam-quality recordings, static shots, and bad audio/video from client calls needed an upgrade to feel like professional marketing assets.

  • Authenticity over generic marketing

Grounding ad scripts in real customer stories and phrases made the content feel genuine rather than like typical ad copy.

  • Small details make or break AI video

Fixing artifacts like distorted hands and adjusting music choices was key to avoiding the 'uncanny' AI look and keeping content believable.

What I Learned
4

  • Real stories beat generic scripts

Using actual transcripts and customer cases (like the MCP driver-fix story) produced far more authentic ad content than starting from scratch.

  • AI face/voice preservation is powerful but tricky

Siddens let me change a whole scene and outfit while keeping real facial expressions, gestures, and lip sync intact.

  • AI artifacts need manual QA

Regenerating shots to fix distracting details like hands, and picking non-commercial-sounding music, made a big difference in believability.

  • Rendering real devices convincingly is hard

Making an app UI look like a genuine phone screen rather than an obvious render was one of the toughest technical challenges this month.

What's Next
1

  • Finish the Patch Tool Shortlist video

A 20+ minute video built with HeyGen and Higgsfield, using an AI avatar trained on Kristina's videos. I'm uploading it to Frame.io in parts for team review, then I'll assemble the full edit and add motion graphics.

Frequently Asked Questions

About OpenFrame

OpenFrame isn't built to plug into your stack. It replaces it. Instead of duct-taping a dozen tools together (RMM, MDM, SIEM, patching, remote access, each its own login and bill), we bundle it into one unified platform: RMM, MDM, monitoring, automation, remote access, patch management, security monitoring, and ticketing, plus built-in AI copilots. So "does it integrate with X?" usually means: you won't need X anymore.
Most platforms give you one piece and expect you to bolt the rest on. OpenFrame unifies the whole stack in one place, with AI copilots built in. Fewer logins, fewer bills, less duct tape.
In the cloud, on US soil. Your data stays stateside.
Both. It's built for MSPs and MSSPs alike.

MSP AI Agents

Yes. In production MSP shops today, 10% to 25% of tickets close before a human opens them. Thread alone has processed 173 million tickets across 750-plus MSP partners at 96% triage accuracy, handing back 490,000-plus technician hours. Agents own the low-risk, high-volume work (password resets, MFA enrollment, known installs, onboarding and offboarding) and flag anything that touches production data or needs judgment for a human to take.
On a five-person desk, reported deployments show $78,000 to $130,000 in annual direct labor savings, roughly 30% fewer escalations, and 15% to 20% better SLA compliance. Broader MSP adoption data adds ticket handling time cut by 45% and five to 12 points of margin, all from reclaimed capacity rather than headcount cuts.
