Updated October 2026
NinjaOne publishes a price range, not a price list. That leaves a gap between the number on its pricing page and the number on your quote. This guide covers NinjaOne pricing per device: the published range, the math by fleet size, what moves your rate, and how it compares with per-technician plans. All according with the official Ninja's pages and community sharing on r/msp subred.
TL;DR
- The price. NinjaOne lists $3.75 per device a month at 50 or fewer endpoints, $1.50 at 10,000 (October 2026).
- The model. Per device, tiered by volume. Tiers in between aren't published.
- What moves it. Endpoint count, region, products, bundles, promotions, commitment length.
- The terms. 14-day free trial, free onboarding, 60 days' notice to cancel without a promotional commitment.
- The math. A $129 technician seat breaks even with NinjaOne at 34 to 86 devices per technician.
What NinjaOne Charges Per Device
NinjaOne's pricing page lists $1.50 per device per month at 10,000 endpoints, rising to $3.75 at 50 or fewer. The range covers the commercial, non-FedRAMP instance. NinjaOne says pricing varies by region and products purchased.

The model is tiered. The more devices you deploy the agent to, the lower the cost per device. NinjaOne doesn't publish where the tiers break between 50 and 10,000 endpoints. That's one reason two fleets of similar size can get different quotes. Region, products and promotions are the others.
NinjaOne explains why: it doesn't publish full pricing so it won't interfere with how its channel partners price their own services. It also says partners who joined early kept their early-access pricing, with no increases.
| Fleet size | Rate on NinjaOne's page | Monthly cost |
|---|---|---|
| 50 or fewer devices | $3.75 per device | $187.50 at 50 devices |
| 51 to 9,999 devices | Between $1.50 and $3.75, not published | Quote |
| 10,000 devices | $1.50 per device | $15,000 |
NinjaOne Cost by Fleet Size
Multiplication is the only calculator you need. NinjaOne's pricing page has an ROI calculator, but it estimates hours saved, not cost. $3.75 is the highest rate on the page, so devices times $3.75 caps what the published range allows. $1.50 is published only at 10,000 devices, so devices times $1.50 is a floor smaller fleets shouldn't plan around.
| Devices | Highest per month (x $3.75) | Highest per year | Lowest per month (x $1.50) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $187.50 | $2,250 | $187.50 (one published rate) |
| 100 | $375 | $4,500 | $150 |
| 250 | $937.50 | $11,250 | $375 |
| 500 | $1,875 | $22,500 | $750 |
| 1,000 | $3,750 | $45,000 | $1,500 |
| 2,500 | $9,375 | $112,500 | $3,750 |
The published range puts your quote between the two columns, before region and product effects. Vendr, a software buying platform, reports a median NinjaOne contract of $8,836 a year across 58 purchases, from $4,799 to $48,600, as of February 2026. Those figures cover every fleet size and product mix, so use them as a sanity check on your budget, not as a per-device rate.

What MSPs Report Paying
Quotes vary, so MSPs compare notes in public. Treat these as individual reports, not NinjaOne's price list.
In an r/msp thread from 2025, the original poster shared a quote of $3.20 per device for 250 to 300 devices, which sits inside the published range. Commenters reported lower rates at larger fleets: under $2 per device at 500 to 700 devices, and $1.25 per device at about 1,700 devices. Each figure comes from one MSP's own quote, and the products in each quote differ.
In an r/msp thread from March 2026, an MSP evaluating NinjaOne against N-able's N-Sight wrote up the pros and cons. The original poster describes a promotion of six months free on an 18-month contract and reads it as a sign the price is about 35% higher than it ought to be. That's one buyer's interpretation, not NinjaOne's pricing policy. A commenter corrects the original poster on NinjaOne's automation library, and the original poster accepts the correction.
What Moves Your NinjaOne Quote
NinjaOne's pricing FAQ names the factors behind a quote. Endpoint count comes first, because volume sets the tier. Region and products purchased shift the published range. Integration bundles come next: NinjaOne lists discounted bundles with TeamViewer, Splashtop, Webroot, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes and StorageCraft, and says they can consolidate billing.
Promotions and commitment length come last. NinjaOne runs monthly or quarterly promos, rebates and referral discounts, and may offer a discounted rate in exchange for signing a commitment of a set number of months. Volume sets the base rate. Everything else adjusts it.
NinjaOne Modules and What They Add
NinjaOne sells these products on one platform. It publishes no module-level prices for any of them, as of October 2026.
| Product | What NinjaOne says it does |
|---|---|
| RMM and endpoint management | Monitors and manages devices from the NinjaOne agent. |
| Patch and vulnerability management | Patches operating systems and third-party apps, with AI-assisted patch intelligence, and tracks vulnerabilities. |
| Remote | Single-click remote access, part of the NinjaOne platform. Quick Connect is a separate product that reaches devices with no agent installed. |
| Backup | Backs up servers, workstations and SaaS data, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online. NinjaOne describes pay-per-device pricing. |
| MDM | Manages Android and Apple mobile devices. |
| PSA | Billing, ticketing, documentation and IT asset management, built natively into the platform and generally available since Q1 2026. NinjaOne's announcement adds contract management, time tracking and invoicing. NinjaOne's MSP pricing page lists the PSA as included. |
| Documentation and IT asset management | Centralized IT documentation, knowledge management and asset tracking. |
| Browser management, email archiving, endpoint security | Listed as separate products on NinjaOne's site. |
Treat each row as a line you can add to a quote or take off it. A quote for the core platform and a quote for the full set are different numbers, and you'll want both.
Free Trial, Billing, and Cancellation Terms
NinjaOne offers a 14-day free trial. Its MSP pricing page adds that no credit card is required. Payment runs by ACH, credit card, wire transfer or check, monthly or annually.
On month-to-month billing, NinjaOne's general pricing FAQ says it's decided case by case through your account manager. The MSP pricing page headline refers to flexible month-to-month billing for MSPs. Ask which one applies to your quote.

Partners who haven't opted into a promotional commitment can cancel at any time with 60 days' notice, per the pricing page. A promotional commitment carries its own terms, so read the term length and notice window before you sign.

NinjaOne also states that implementation and onboarding are free, that support is free and unlimited, and that hidden fees play no part in its pricing. There's no hard cap on licenses, and you change plans through your account manager.
NinjaOne Discounts, Coupons, and Seasonal Offers
NinjaOne's pricing page lists no coupon codes. It lists these instead: built-in bulk and bundling discounts, monthly or quarterly promos, rebates, referral discounts, and discounted rates for a commitment of a set length.
Promos run monthly or quarterly, so the offer on the table changes through the year. Ask your rep what's live this quarter. Then ask what the rate becomes when the promotion or commitment ends, and get the answer in writing. That's the number to budget for in year two.
Negotiation comes up in public too. This r/msp thread, from 2024, asks for help negotiating a NinjaOne price:
Per-Device vs Per-Technician: The Break-Even Math
Atera and Syncro charge per technician, and both list $129 a month for an entry seat billed annually: Atera Pro and Syncro Core. Syncro's seat covers unlimited endpoints, and Atera's pricing page says the same.
One $129 seat equals NinjaOne's highest rate ($3.75) at 34 devices and its lowest rate ($1.50) at 86 devices. So the break-even sits between 34 and 86 devices per technician, depending on where your volume tier lands. Billed monthly, the seats cost $139 (Atera Pro) and $159 (Syncro Core), which moves the range to 37-93 and 42-106.
Two examples. A 100-device shop with three technicians pays at most $375 a month on NinjaOne's published rates and $387 for three annual seats, so NinjaOne is cheaper at any rate on its page. A 500-device shop with three technicians pays at least $750 on NinjaOne's published rates and $387 for the same three seats.
This compares list prices only. Atera Pro and Syncro Core bundle a PSA with RMM. NinjaOne's MSP pricing page lists its PSA as included but doesn't say what that does to the per-device rate. Backup and other add-ons sit outside these seat and device prices, so compare them line by line.
NinjaOne vs Atera, Syncro, Action1, and OpenFrame
Published pricing from each vendor's own pricing page, checked in October 2026. Product names link to the source, except OpenFrame, whose source is Flamingo's own pricing page.
| Product | Pricing basis | Published price | Includes | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NinjaOne | Per device, tiered | $1.50 to $3.75 per device a month | RMM, with PSA listed as included for MSPs; other products quoted | 14 days |
| Atera | Per technician, unlimited endpoints | Pro $129, Growth $159, Power $209 a month billed annually ($139, $189, $249 monthly) | RMM, ticketing and AI Copilot in every plan | 30 days |
| Syncro | Per technician, unlimited endpoints | Core $129, Team $179 a month billed annually ($159, $209 monthly) | RMM and PSA in every plan; Team adds Microsoft 365 security and identity | 14 days |
| Action1 | Per endpoint | Free for the first 200 endpoints, quote above that | Patching and endpoint management | Free tier, no feature limits |
| OpenFrame by Flamingo | Per device | $1.00 a month, or $0.80 billed yearly, with AI tokens included | RMM, PSA, patching, remote access, MDM, documentation and the Fae and Mingo AI agents | 14 days, no card |

Per-technician plans charge the same seat price however many devices the technician manages, which is why the break-even above depends on devices per technician.

Action1 prices per endpoint instead: free for the first 200 endpoints, with a quote above that.

MSPs ask each other too. This r/msp thread asks what ConnectWise and NinjaOne charge:
Where OpenFrame Fits
OpenFrame is built by Flamingo, the publisher of this guide. It prices per device too: $1.00 a month on monthly billing, or $0.80 billed yearly, with 10M AI tokens included monthly and 25M yearly. At 250 devices, that's $250 a month on monthly billing. The two products cover different module sets, so read that as a budgeting line, not a like-for-like swap.
OpenFrame puts RMM, PSA, patching, remote access and MDM on one open, AI-native layer for IT and security, with the Fae and Mingo agents working inside it. The 14-day trial needs no card and no contract. Here's the walkthrough:
How to Get a Quote You Can Compare
- Decide which products you'll run in year one and year two.
- Ask for the core platform and the full set as separate quotes.
- Ask where the tier breaks fall between 50 and 10,000 endpoints.
- Ask what the rate becomes when a promotion or commitment ends.
- Ask whether month-to-month billing applies to your quote, and what the notice period is.
- Bring a written competitor quote at the same device count.
Who NinjaOne Pricing Fits
The math splits three ways. Below about 34 devices per technician, per-device pricing costs less than a $129 seat at any published rate. Above about 86, a per-technician plan costs less at any published rate. Between the two, the quote decides, and the quote is where your volume tier, bundles and promotions show up.
NinjaOne suits teams that want RMM, patching, remote access, backup and MDM on one agent, and fleets big enough to reach its lower tiers. G2 users rate it 4.7 out of 5 across 5,038 reviews, as of October 2026.

Our NinjaOne review covers the product side in more depth.
Fleets of 50 or fewer devices sit at the top published rate, $3.75, so price a per-technician plan or Action1's free tier (the first 200 endpoints) next to it. For the wider field, read our NinjaOne alternatives guide.
