Flamingo Raises $4.5M Seed Round · Led by Vertex Ventures, bringing total funding to $6.7M to build the open, AI-native layer for IT and security.
Updated October 2026. Kaseya terms and third-party figures were checked on October 22, 2026 and can change, so confirm current pricing with Kaseya.
Kaseya lists prices for one bundle and for IT Glue, and quotes almost everything else, so most numbers still start with a sales call. What you pay depends on the bundle you pick, how many endpoints or users you bring, and how long you sign for. This guide breaks down Kaseya pricing in 2026: what Kaseya publishes, how the Kaseya 365 bundles work, what buyers report paying, and the contract terms that move the total.
Kaseya sells mostly on quotes. Its pricing request page promises "customized pricing", not a rate card. That holds for Kaseya 365 Endpoint and User, VSA, Datto RMM, Autotask, BMS and Datto backup.
Two exceptions list prices in October 2026. Kaseya 365 Ops is listed at $129 per user a month, covered below. IT Glue's pricing page lists $29, $38 and $44 per user a month for its Basic, Select and Enterprise tiers, with a five-user minimum on a 36-month term.
You reach a quote by one of two paths. The first is a Kaseya 365 subscription, which bundles several products under one license per endpoint or per user. The second is buying products one at a time under what Kaseya calls standard licensing terms. Kaseya still sells the individual components, and you can start with one and upgrade to a bundle later.
The path changes more than the price. Kaseya 365 has its own minimums and its own rules on moving spend, covered below. A single product keeps its own licensing unit. Backup is priced on data capacity, SaaS protection on users and RMM on endpoints.
If you're weighing VSA on its own, our Kaseya VSA review covers the product, its tiers and the reseller pricing reported for it.
Kaseya 365 comes in three subscriptions. Each one bundles the products for one job and licenses them on one unit.
Kaseya 365 Endpoint covers managing, securing and backing up devices. Kaseya lists seven components. RMM comes as Datto RMM, VSA 10, or VSA 9 for current users. The other six are Datto AV, third-party patching, Datto EDR, ransomware detection, RocketCyber managed SOC, and Datto or Unitrends endpoint backup.
It sells in two tiers. Pro includes all seven, and Express drops the managed SOC. If you already pay a SOC provider or run detection in-house, Express keeps you from licensing a second SOC. If no one reviews EDR alerts overnight, Pro puts RocketCyber's SOC on the same license.
Kaseya 365 User covers the people and their SaaS accounts in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It bundles anti-phishing, security awareness training, phishing simulations, dark web monitoring, SaaS alerting and account locking, and SaaS backup. The Kaseya 365 User page says new licenses include 60GB of backup data per user, and new purchases start at 50 licenses.
Kaseya 365 Ops covers running the business. For MSPs it bundles a PSA, or professional services automation tool (Autotask, BMS or Vorex), plus IT Glue, myITprocess for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), Quote Manager, ConnectBooster for collections, Network Glue and MyGlue.
Ops is the one bundle with a list price. The Kaseya 365 Ops page lists it at $129 per user a month, with a one-year term and a three-user minimum for customers new to its modules. Autotask Ultimate and IT Glue Enterprise are the included editions, and card and ACH processing fees are billed separately.
Fred Voccola, Kaseya's CEO when Kaseya 365 launched in 2024, explained the thinking behind it in this May 2024 ChannelE2E interview:
Two rules on the Endpoint page shape the quote. New customers start at 50 endpoints. Customers who already run some components must license Kaseya 365 Endpoint at the count of their largest component, and any RocketCyber licenses count toward it. Endpoint backup draws on 5TB of shared storage, and usage above that is billed under the subscription agreement.
Kaseya's FAQs also say every component in a Kaseya 365 license must be used by the same account or customer, so you can't split one license's parts across clients. Products outside a bundle, such as BCDR (backup and disaster recovery) appliances or the PSA when you only buy Endpoint, stay on their own licenses.
Outside Ops, the useful numbers come from buyers and launch coverage. Vendr's Kaseya page, last updated in February 2026, reports a median of $5,193 a year across 37 Kaseya purchases, with the middle half falling between $3,379 and $21,294. Those deals mix modules and fleet sizes, so treat the median as a scale marker, not a quote.
SpendHound's Kaseya data lands much higher, at an average of $55,032 a year for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees (updated October 1, 2026). SpendHound groups buyers by employee count, so its figure leans toward larger organizations, while Vendr's median includes smaller deals.
Kaseya did announce Endpoint prices once. At the April 2024 launch, Channel Futures reported Kaseya 365 at $3.99 per endpoint a month for a limited time, rising to $5.25, and Express at $1.75 with an eventual $2.25 list price.
| Subscription | Launch offer, April 2024 | List price | Unit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Endpoint Pro | $3.99 | $5.25, announced April 2024 | per endpoint a month |
| Endpoint Express | $1.75 | $2.25, announced April 2024 | per endpoint a month |
| Ops | Not announced | $129, Kaseya page, October 2026 | per user a month |
| User | Not published | Not published | per user a month |
Treat the 2024 figures as an anchor, not a 2026 quote. The Endpoint page today shows no rate. It cites one customer whose cost per endpoint fell from $14.50 to $3.99, and claims savings of up to 70%, both as Kaseya's own case for the bundle.
Per-endpoint figures also come from buyers posting their own offers. In October 2025, a poster on r/msp with a custom contract carried over from Datto said they were offered Kaseya 365 Endpoint Express for 12 machines at $2.25 each, with a $1,200 onboarding fee. The $2.25 matches the Express list price Kaseya announced in 2024.
Several replies suggested asking Kaseya to cut or waive the fee, and Vendr also reports onboarding fees as often negotiable. One existing customer said a similar request was turned down about a year earlier. Another reply noted that toolsets under 50 seats are hard to buy at all.
That onboarding fee matters more than the rate. At 12 endpoints and $2.25, the subscription comes to $27 a month, or $324 a year. Add the $1,200 fee and year one costs $1,524, with the fee taking nearly four-fifths of it.
Ask for onboarding as its own line, and ask whether it can be waived on an upgrade. For Kaseya 365 Ops, Kaseya's FAQ says onboarding is required even for customers who already use Ops modules.
The per-endpoint rate is one input. The contract decides what you pay over three years.
Kaseya publishes its renewal rules under the Partner First Pledge. Four terms from it matter for pricing:
The cap is promised for like-for-like renewals. Change the term or the license count and you're negotiating a new price, not renewing an old one. A three-year term that renews at the same count stays under the cap. Add 100 endpoints at renewal, or drop from three years to one, and the pledge's wording no longer covers the increase.
That cuts both ways. A growing MSP that adds endpoints mid-term should price the expansion when it signs, not at renewal. A shrinking one should know what a lower count does to its rate before the notice window closes. Our guide to Kaseya renewal negotiation covers the asks that work at that point.
Billing changed too. Starting with December 1, 2025 invoices, Kaseya began moving SaaS Protection, Datto RMM and Autotask to Committed Minimum Quantity (CMQ) billing, with other products to follow. You pay the greater of your committed floor or your actual use, and the floor can only drop at renewal. Datto's CMQ FAQ says Kaseya 365 Endpoint licenses aren't affected, but the free Datto RMM licenses Kaseya 365 used to allow beyond commitments are now billed.
Our breakdown of Kaseya CMQ billing works through what that does to a growing or shrinking fleet.
Auto-renewal and notice-period clauses are worth reading line by line. For the PSA contract side, see our Kaseya BMS review.
Outside Ops, you won't get a number without a call, but you can walk into the call with one. Build it in this order:
Then line up a competing quote at the same device count. This May 2025 r/msp thread shows how widely RMM pricing varies when MSPs compare notes, from per-endpoint rates to per-technician seats:
How you resell the tools matters as much as what you pay for them. Our guide to MSP pricing models covers per-device, per-user and tiered plans from the client's side of the invoice.
Kaseya 365 makes the most sense when you'd use most of a bundle anyway. An MSP running RMM, AV, EDR and endpoint backup from separate vendors can consolidate them onto one Endpoint license. A separate Kaseya 365 User license per person covers the SaaS side, with a 50-license minimum for new User subscriptions. Fleets at or above the 50-endpoint floor, on terms you've read line by line, are where the bundle math works.
It fits less well when you need one product, run a small fleet, or want to change course mid-term. FLEXSpend doesn't cover Kaseya 365, so a bundle commitment stays a bundle commitment. When you upgrade into Kaseya 365, the Ops page says remaining value from your current setup can go toward Ops, Endpoint or User licenses.
For RMM alone, compare the quote against our Datto RMM review, since Datto RMM is one of the RMM options inside Kaseya 365 Endpoint.
If you'd rather start from a published price for RMM and automation alone, OpenFrame, Flamingo's open, AI-native infrastructure layer for IT and security, lists $1 per device a month with 10M AI tokens included, no contract and a 14-day free trial on its pricing page. It doesn't include the AV, EDR, SOC or backup that come with Kaseya 365 Endpoint. Flamingo builds OpenFrame, which competes with some of the tools covered here.
